​​​​Registrants with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by July 27, 2021, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after July 27​, 2021​, and no-shows ​are responsible for paying the full registration fee. No substitution or cancellation refund is available once the web conference begins.
