​​Registrants with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations​. Cancellations received/processed by October 30, 2020, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after October 30, 2020, and no-shows are responsible for paying the full registration fee. No substitution or cancellation refund is available once the web conference begins.
