NRECA Broadband Leadership Summit Cancellation Policy

​​Registration for Broadband participants is complimentary. Non-Broadband participants are required to pay a registration fee. Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by May 19, 2026, are fully refundable. Cancellations received after May 19, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to June 1, 2026, are responsible for the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshop fees. Special events (including spouse activities) or ticketed item fees are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, need to process a substitution, or do not have a coop.com login, please contact Accounts Receivable at accountsreceivable@nreca.coop.​​
