Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via “My Registrations”. Cancellations received/processed by March 1, 2024 are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel prior to March 8, 2024 will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Substitutions are not accepted. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel after to March 8, 2024 are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-con, courses, etc., if applicable. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable.
