​​​​​Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via “My Registrations”. Cancellations received/processed by July 31, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after July 31, 2026, will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to July 31, 2026​, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-con, courses, etc., if applicable. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, need to process a substitution, or do not have a coop.com login, please contact Accounts Receivable ​ at accountsreceivable@nreca.coop.
