This 3-day technical conference is for all NRECA members and supporting organizations with the goal of addressing cybersecurity in the cooperative space. Conference content specifically highlights co-op cyber and is designed to provide opportunities for peer-to-peer and industry-to-peer collaboration, skills development, and advancement.
A Next-Level Interactive Cybersecurity Experience
2025 Co-op Cyber Tech welcomed nearly 500 registrants to participate in unconventional education opportunities and hands-on learning in a dynamic and engaging environment, creating an immersive experience that fostered meaningful connections:
Co-op Cyber Tech Learning Village
Attendees stepped into the Co-op Cyber Tech Learning Village, a space dedicated to skill-building and hands-on learning. Whether looking to deepen technical expertise (by completing soldering challenges or learn about HMIs or PLCs from the ICS Village), or explore new cybersecurity strategies (like a Capture the Flag challenge or an ICS Escape Room), this interactive environment offered a range of activities to help you grow. Attendees connected with experts and gained practical knowledge that they could apply right away to enhance their co-op’s cybersecurity efforts.
Co-op Cyber Tech Science Fair
Attendees explored the latest in cybersecurity as government, universities, nonprofits and co-ops came together to share their expertise, research, resources, projects and innovations. Registrants discovered new tools, exchanged ideas and gained insights that inspired them to advance cybersecurity within the co-op.

Our interactive Co-op Cyber Tech badges, packed with cutting-edge features designed to enhance learning and networking, helped registrants stay connected long after the event.
NREL Tour in Denver was SOLD OUT
Registrants wrapped up their conference experience with an exclusive tour of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). They explored NREL’s groundbreaking renewable energy research, innovative technologies and sustainable solutions shaping the future of energy.
