​Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by April 15, 2019 (Madison, Wis.) or September 23, 2019 (San Antonio), are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after April 15, 2019 (Madison, Wis.) or September 23, 2019 (San Antonio), will be issued a refund minus 50% of the registration fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to May 15, 2019 (Madison, Wis.) or October 23, 2019 (San Antonio), are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-con, post-con workshops, courses, etc., if applicable. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable.
