​Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed 30 days prior to the start of the program are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after that date and no-shows will not receive a refund of their registration fee. Substitutions are not allowed.
