Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received by August 10, 2026, are fully refundable. Cancellation between August 11-September 20, 2026, will be issued a refund minus 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to September 21, 2026, will forfeit the full event registration fee. Substitutions are not allowed.
