Safety doesn't happen on its own or through even the best of intentions. Safety practices are learned, practiced and supported through a co-op's safety culture that demands ongoing assessment, improvement and accountability.

Through the Rural Electric Safety Achievement Program and a variety of safety-focused training programs, NRECA supports building and sustaining that culture and provides cooperatives with the tools to make safety foremost in everyone's job.
