​More and more co-ops are using innovative rate design to reduce wholesale power costs and promote new programs. Rate innovation demands a strong communication strategy to tackle member concerns. Communicating new rates to consumer-members can be daunting, maybe even scary – but it doesn’t have to be.

This webinar covered how to design a strategic communications plan, the value of offering members options and the value of personalization. Two co-ops who have been through this process shared important lessons for success.
