Microsoft Outlook helps many of us manage our daily tasks, appointments and emails. But, the never ending inbox, and the dings, pings and blue preview screens are hijacking our focus and threatening our productivity like never before.

​Learning Objectives

  • Apply proven time management and organizational techniques using the standard Outlook tools and features.

  • Utilize the tools embedded in Outlook to quickly organize and prioritize deliverables and due dates.

  • Create and apply custom views to see what’s due by the criteria that is important to you. Also customize the To Do bar and use the Peek feature for a quick look at tasks and calendars from within the Inbox.

  • Save time by taking advantage of Outlook’s Quick Parts to build the content of email messages, meeting invitations and contact entries. You can also use this time-saving tool in MS Word.
