Overview

NRECA and Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives continue their work on the Young Adult Member Engagement initiative with YAME Phase 2, which is internally focused and contains resources to help co-ops develop and nurture a workforce that is effective at meeting evolving member expectations and changes in the energy industry. Resources include recruitment and onboarding tools, education and communication resources for new and tenured employees, a culture evolution toolkit and an Example Bank of successful co-op programs to engage the next generation of members. This webinar will increase participant awareness and understanding of new YAME Phase 2 resources available on cooperative.com.​​
