What Was Covered? In April 2014 the Occupational Safety & Health Administration released new rules concerning electric power generation, control, transmission, and distribution lines and equipment. The new rules, available on OSHA’s Website, were adopted in early 2015. During this webinar Mr. David Wallis, the primary author of the rule and a 40 year OSHA employee prior to his retirement in 2014 answered questions and clarified any provisions that electric co-op members may have about the new OSHA regulations.
