Continuing Legal Education accreditation applications will be submitted for the following mandatory CLE states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Individuals wanting CLE credit for their participation in the NRECA Legal Seminar or Cybersecurity Fundamentals Pre-Seminar Workshop should complete the appropriate state forms available on-site. If a state doesn't have its own form, the Uniform Certificate of Attendance should be completed.
The forms will be collected after each seminar and NRECA will submit on your behalf.
