Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by June 28, 2019 are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after June 28, 2019 will be issued a refund minus $250 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to July 15, 2019 are responsible for paying the full registration fees and any pre-con courses, etc., if applicable. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable.
