​​Members with a login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by 10 business day before the start of the conference/meeting/event are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after 10 business days for the conference/meeting/event through the day before the start of the start of the conference/meeting/event, will be issued a refund minus $200 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to the first day of the conference/meeting/event, are responsible for paying the full registration fees and any pre-con courses, etc., if applicable.
