While we weren't able to convene the 2020 CONNECT Conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've designed this all-new, five-hour, online experience to give you the opportunity to recNOTE:onnect with your peers in a whole new way.

As you're adapting and responding to an ever-evolving way of doing business, this is a great time to hear from others about how they've come up with creative ways to solve the challenges we are all facing. Join your communications, marketing and member services community online on Aug. 20-21, 2020, to take part in this unique learning experience.

We designed this online event with your busy schedule in mind. We begin with three hours on Aug. 20 (2-5 p.m. ET) and end with two hours on Aug. 21 (1-3 p.m. ET). No mask required!​

Technical Requirements

You will need the following equipment to participate in CONNECT Online: A computer or tablet, a broadband internet connection and a telephone in the event your computer sound and microphone do not suffice. Chrome is the preferred browser.

Additional technical requirements will be sent prior to the event so that you can check with your IT department about any possible issues you may have with the platform we will be using.​
