About CEO Close-Up

Leading staff, collaborating with your board, engaging your community and meeting member expectations in a changing, complex industry is difficult. When you are bombarded with day-to-day requirements and challenges, it's not always easy to take time to evaluate your co-op's strategic vision or reflect on your personal leadership. However, making the time to get away from daily responsibilities and contemplate your critical role in the success of your co-op is crucial.

CEO Close-Up offers electric cooperative CEOs and general managers an opportunity to engage in leadership training, hear from dynamic speakers, participate in skills-based workshops and connect with industry peers who have a unique understanding of the economic, business and political challenges you face. Each interaction will leave you inspired, and each session provides real-world solutions that you can execute when you return to your co-op.
