Members with a login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by December 21, 2018, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after this date will be issued a refund minus $175 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. Registrants failing to cancel prior to January 9, 2019, and no-shows are responsible for paying the full registrations fee and fees for any pre-conference workshops. Special events or ticketed item fees (such as the spouse tour) are non-refundable.  If you have difficulty cancelling online, you may contact Accounts Receivable at 703-907-6875, or fax your cancellation request to 703-907-5951.
