Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received by December 22, 2019, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after December 22, 2019, through January 11, 2020, will be issued a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to January 11, 2020, will forfeit the full event registration fee and any pre-con workshops, courses, etc., if applicable. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable.  If you have difficulty cancelling online, you may contact Accounts Receivable at 703-907-6875, accountsreceivable@nreca.coop or fax your cancellation request to 703-907-5951.

*Spouse/Guest Comm. Service –No shows and on-site cancellations will be charged $75.
**Spouse/Guest Tour - Fee is non-refundable for cancellations received by December 22, 2019.
