Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Next Generation Leaders Experience. We have reached capacity for this year's program and registration has been closed.
NRECA is seeking co-op employees who have demonstrated their leadership potential and/or management capabilities, show a strong interest in the cooperative principles and business model and a strong commitment to your co-op’s membership. Typically, these employees are seen as your "next" leaders (not currently a supervisor), have less than 10 years of total* work experience and have not attended an NRECA Annual Meeting.
*Not just co-op experience
Benefits of the Next Generation Leaders Experience
Program participants will:

In addition to the regular Annual Meeting activities, there will be focused programming for Next Generation Leaders which will include the following:
How to Participate
Annual Meeting registration opens in mid-November. When registration opens, you will be able to register employees for the Next Generation Leaders Experience by selecting the “Next Generation Leaders” fee option during the Annual Meeting registration process. Registration is capped at 40 participants. Costs are identical to that of a standard attendee.
