Overview

While we don’t normally discuss emotions in the workplace, they affect our communication and relationships more than we know. This course will help strengthen your self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management skills. You will learn to recognize your typical behavior and emotional reactions. You will also learn mindful practices to communicate appropriately, recognize others’ moods, and build healthy and lasting work relationships.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Use strategies to regulate your emotions and be mindful of your communication.
