[accordion title="At%20Your%20Statewide%2C%20G%26T%20or%20Co-op"]You can arrange for NRECA to present our director and employee courses at your co-op.
On-site training gives you the opportunity to provide education programs for more of your directors and employees than you could by sending them to distant locations for training. It also allows for continuity of learning as your directors and employees learn as a cohort and can work together to apply their learning back in the boardroom or workplace.
To see what courses are offered for on-site delivery to your cooperative, visit our
Courses page and select the "Format" filter for “On-site.”
Additionally, you may find that one or more neighboring co-ops would like to join you to share costs and provide training at a mutually convenient location. We also deliver these courses at statewide associations across the country. Visit your statewide’s website or contact your statewide training coordinator to learn what training opportunities they have available for you.
