NRECA's 75th Anniversary Celebration in the Gaslamp

Join us as we celebrate 75 years of service to our members with an unforgettable evening of food, drinks and entertainment in the Historic Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego. NRECA Annual Meeting and TechAdvantage Conference attendees and their guests will have two blocks of Fifth Avenue all to themselves – the street, sidewalks, restaurants and shops will be closed to the public. The party includes live entertainment, two complimentary drink tickets and dinner from any (or all!) of the 11 restaurants located within two city blocks – dine inside or visit the stations of delicious cuisine located in the streets. The streets will be ours for celebrating! Check back soon for more details on this event including participating restaurants, menus and a map of the area. 

A ticket is included with your registration fees. If you plan to attend, you must select this event during the registration process. Additional tickets should be purchased for guests, one-day registrants and non-member registrants for $35. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the TechAdvantage registration desk until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. 

NOTE: No one under the age of 21 is allowed on the street during the celebration. This includes infants and toddlers. Jolt-n-Joes is the designated restaurant for anyone under 21. Anyone under 21 must enter the celebration on 4th and J Street.

2017 TechAdvantage Conference & Associate Member Reception – USS Midway

Full Conference registration fee ($850, $750, $1,450) includes the USS Midway reception however, you still have to select this option during the registration process to obtain a ticket.

Online Registration

When registering online, you will now see that you can register for an event whether or not you have a account. If you have a account, it is recommended you register using this account in order to receive the best pricing options and manage your registrations (adding, modifying and cancelling registrations), among other benefits. However, if you do not have a account, it is now possible to register for some NRECA events without one. To learn how the process works, please view these videos.

Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel online via > Member Center > My Registrations. Alternatively, cancellations can be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by February 9, 2017 are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after February 9, 2017 through February 24, 2017 will be issued a refund minus a $175 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to February 26, 2017 are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-con, courses, etc., if applicable. Photography/Image Agreement

By executing and submitting this registration form, you acknowledge that you are authorized to agree to its terms on behalf of (1) yourself, (2) your employer or the entity on whose behalf you are registering, and (3) each of the individuals you are registering listed on the registration form who are not minors (collectively "Registrants"). Registrants agree to allow NRECA to take and publish Registrants' likeness using still photograph or motion video ("Images") for use in the promotion of electric cooperatives, NRECA, and/or its affiliates in NRECA's sole discretion. Registrants grant NRECA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright) license to copy, crop, alter, touch up, edit, publish, display and distribute Images in whole or in part on basis, to use the Images without limitation in displays, print or electronic publications, advertisements, and web sites, and without prior notification or any compensation.

Meeting, Event, and Activity Conduct Policy

NRECA strives to create a safe, productive and welcoming environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for all who participate in NRECA-sponsored meetings, events and activities ("events"). For purposes of this policy, harassment includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, offensive or physically threatening bodily contact, and intimidation or discrimination based on race, religion, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or appearance. Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome sexual advances or attention, whether physical, virtual, or verbal. Harassment, discrimination or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated. 

This policy applies to all who participate in NRECA-sponsored events including, but not limited to, attendees, NRECA staff, sponsors, vendors, guests, contractors, students, and exhibitors. Participation constitutes agreement to comply with this policy as a condition of attendance. 

Suspected violations of this policy should be reported to event sponsor or any member of NRECA management while on site at the event or as soon as possible. Violations involving NRECA staff members or contractors should be reported to NRECA's Human Resources Department at or in person if after the event. 

All reports will be treated seriously and investigated promptly. At NRECA's sole discretion, policy violations may result in removal from or denial of access to NRECA-sponsored meetings, events and activities without refund of any applicable registration fee or other costs to the participant.
