Registration Fee:  $3,675 (does not include travel and hotel expenses)

Room and board is not included. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Members with a login can make changes and cancellations online via > Member Center > My Registrations.  Alternatively, cancellations can be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by March 26, 2018 are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after this date will be issued a refund minus 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to April 23, 2018 will forfeit the full event registration fee.
